As the front man of OneRepublic, and as a songwriter outside of the group, Ryan Tedder has penned record-breaking hits. A remix by Timbaland made OneRepublic’s “Apologize” a surprise smash, and Ryan saw another of his songs from the group’s debut album, “Stop and Stare,” rise to the top of the charts. Nominated for a Grammy Award, the #1 hit “Apologize” has also became one of the most downloaded tracks for the digital age, selling over 10 million copies. Ryan co-wrote Leona Lewis’ “Bleeding Love,” which went to #1 in over 30 countries. When “Bleeding Love” broke the record as the Most Played Song in the history of the Top 40 radio format, “Apologize” was #2, making Tedder the only writer to break the all-time airplay record, then break it again within the same year consecutively. Ryan earned a Grammy when he wrote and co-produced the #1 hit “Halo” for Beyonce, and received ASCAP’s prestigious Song of the Year award in 2009 for “Bleeding Love.” At the 2012 Grammys, Ryan was nominated for Producer of the Year and won for Album of the Year for his work on Adele’s 21. He co-wrote and produced \'Rumour Has It\' on 21 and also co-wrote “Turning Tables.” In addition he has penned tracks for Natasha Bedingfield, Jennifer Lopez, Kelly Clarkson, Rascal Flatts, Jennifer Hudson and Paul Oakenfold.
