Suzan Koc started her career at Warner Chappell France as director of Creative International, and moved to the US in 1996 to work for Hit and Run Music publishing company with Phil Collins and Genesis among others. Having specialized in working closely with songwriters, Koc was VP of Writer Development at BMG Music Publishing and a few years later moved to BMG Rights Management. She is currently consulting for peer music, Nettwerk Publishing and Pig Factory. She also runs Songwriter\'s Rendez-Vous, a workshop for up and coming songwriters.
